So here is my question of the day. What is your favorite cutting tool for scrapbooking? Your cricut? Fiskars scissors?
I have bunches of Fiscars Paper Edgers. Do you know how many different edges there are? I have no clue but know that Provo Craft has a ton of paper edgers too.
As with my cricut cartridges I am struggling to decide how to organize and contain my scissors. I already have one of these:
Full of scissors. I haven't opened it in goodness knows how long so I have no idea what designs I have, if there are duplicates, or even if I like them any more. I haven't decided if this is the best way for to organize them yet but it will have to do for now.
Back to the heading of my last post Where to start?? I have searched and began reading articles and blogs on where to start with my scrapbooking. Here at EHow they begin with some simple things.
- Family Photos
- A photo album or scrapbook
- Scissors
- Foam Adhesive squares
- Glue
- Papers, Ribbons, and Embelishments
Ok... I have most of that except for the adhesive and glue, and I need to get good scrapbooking pens. So now I guess I need to decide what event I want to take on first. I'm thinking the whole reason I started this blog in the begining my first little bundle of awesomeness.
So here are a couple layouts that I kinda like:
Its a Boy! found at Shelly's Scrapbook Layout and this one that focuses on the ultrasound at Tiny Toes Forever. I found Mo's first ultrasound today and we have a ton of ultra sound pictures for little guy #2 (to be named later). Now to decide on papers and other embelishments.
Until Later....
